Below are some suggested itineraries for independent travel. Please note that these are fairly flexible so if there is anything not covered that you would like to see then do let us know and we will do our best to cater to your needs. This may, however, slightly alter the cost of the tour. We have also included the Dandong option which is a great way to extend your tour.
Also, please note that the days and exit/entry methods can also be changed to fit with your requirements. Again, this will alter the total cost of the tour.
Air China started a service between Beijing and Pyongyang in April 2008 which further increases your travel options - flights depart every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (Air Koryo is still Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday).
